I am so anxious to be in a loving, caring, forever home.

Update: Barley was adopted on July 26th!

Barley
was rescued from the streets, when just a "kit" (baby bunny of 2 months of age), dodging cars and trucks.

We placed him in a foster home for socialization, where he excelled! He adores people, he is litter-box trained, and he enjoys stretching out for rubs.

Barley is most likely an English Spot mix, perhaps with some Lop (due to his body shape). He is neutered and less than a year of age.

Like all domesticated rabbits in our desert climate, he needs and requires an indoor-only home for his safety and protection. (Bunnies can become very distressed and in danger in temperatures above 85-90 degrees.)

Barley is one of 70 rescued, spayed/neutered rabbits for adoption today at Nevada SPCA. Please visit and ask for him by name.
