Oh Honey

Honey, at 3 pounds, is the size of a guinea pig, but she has a big personality and she melts the hearts of everyone she meets.  This pixie-like baby girl triumphantly debuts for adoption today at Nevada SPCA.

At the time of rescue Honey was just 3 days old and in peril from fluid in her lungs.  We had critical care provided for her (thanks to Nevada SPCA's advanced veterinary care fund) and her heroic foster mom bottle-fed her every few hours to keep her alive.

Honey has been raised with cats and dogs of all ages and she is pee-pad trained.  She adores her elephant toy (which we will send home with her).

Honey is a Chihuahua mix, now 7 months of age and spayed.

Please ask for her by name when you visit.
